Additionally, Power Trader typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. To be a Power Trader typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience. *Position:* Powersports & Power Equipment Sales

*Location:* Potlatch, Idaho. Tuesday- Saturday 9am-5pm.
*Responsibilities:*
1. Engage with customers, understand their powersports needs, and guide them towards the right vehicle/product choice.
2. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products, including features, specifications, and available accessories.
3. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and dealership sales targets.
4. Provide comprehensive financing options and explain terms, rates, and payment plans clearly.
5. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new models, and competitor offerings.
7. Coordinate with the service and parts department to ensure a seamless customer experience.
*Requirements:*
1. Previous sales experience, preferably in the powersports or automotive industry.
2. Genuine passion for powersports/power equipment and strong knowledge of different types of vehicles and products.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
5. Self-motivated and driven to provide outstanding customer experiences.
6. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
7. Familiarity with financing and leasing processes is an advantage.
8. Must be able to work Tuesday through Saturday.
