Job Summary:
The Area Operations Manager oversees office activities, production, and facility management for one or more branch operations and locations. This is a salaried position with the potential for an annual bonus based on branch/area profitability and other key productivity metrics (KPI).

The Area Operations Manager may lift and / or move up to 50 pounds and will require manual dexterity and strength in arms and feet to manipulate equipment controls. Tools, and other items used to make adjustments and/or minor maintenance. Will use hands, arms, back, and shoulders to handle, installs, position, move items, and manipulate other objects. Could be in a sitting, standing, bending, kneeling, or sitting position for long periods of time.
Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this position, the Area Operations Manager will be regularly exposed to working near moving and mechanical parts and equipment. The noise level in the work environment can be loud.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position in a shop and at the customer site. Typical workdays and hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4pm. Frequent overtime hours and weekend work may be required.
