Job Description Summary: As a Senior Natural Gas Scheduler, your role will encompass supporting one or many traders engaged in purchases, sales, and transportation of natural gas. Your responsibilities include nominating pipeline EBBs, accurately entering trade deals into the internal systems, investigating any discrepancies in contracts and shipments, and delivering direct customer service to internal and external counterparties. You will also assist in generating essential reports for the trading desk and coordinating front and mid-office support across all desks.
Additionally, you will be responsible for the comprehensive capture of deals in the system, ensuring both timeliness and accuracy. This position requires a robust ability to collaborate effectively with both external parties and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will not only demonstrate proficient management skills in handling support functions related to pipeline, storage, and Local Distribution Company (LDC) contracts and rights but will also possess a keen interest and clear potential for career advancement toward a commodity trading role.
