About The Role
Our company is searching for a strategic and seasoned Director of Marketing to lead our marketing initiatives and propel our brand's growth. As the Director of Marketing, you'll spearhead the development and execution of holistic marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand visibility, driving customer acquisition, and nurturing brand loyalty. Based in vibrant New York City and reporting to the CMO, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic organization in a rapidly evolving industry.
What You'll Do
Craft and execute a unified marketing strategy in alignment with [Company Name] Skincare's brand ethos, values, and business goals.
Drive the implementation of the local brand strategy, devising market and brand activation plans that resonate with both local business objectives and the overarching global brand vision.
Lead initiatives to attract new customers through targeted marketing campaigns, strategic partnerships, and innovative ventures.
Oversee various digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, CRM, and affiliate marketing, to enhance traffic and conversion rates.
Define and orchestrate product launch strategies and initiatives.
Collaborate closely with our Franchise Partners to ensure the fulfillment of marketing requirements across all outlets.
Foster alignment and integration of marketing initiatives with other departments such as operations, training, and customer service.
Leverage data-driven insights to evaluate marketing performance, optimize campaigns, and drive continuous improvement.
Ensure timely delivery of brand assets and project milestones.
The Ideal Candidate
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. MBA is a plus!
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in marketing roles.
Proven leadership experience with a knack for team development.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective marketing strategies that fuel business growth.
Profound understanding of digital marketing channels and industry best practices.
Strong analytical acumen and proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a knack for inspiring and motivating cross-functional teams.
Positive mindset with a resourceful approach to overcoming challenges.
Passion for skincare and wellness is a bonus.
Pay Transparency: $130,000 - $170,000 annually
