Key Responsibilities
Lead and nurture a growing client services team, including roles such as Media Buyer, Email & SMS Marketing Manager, and Marketing Coordinator.
Conduct regular client communications and performance updates, effectively conveying strategic insights and progress.
Develop and implement marketing strategies that drive client success on digital platforms, with a focus on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Utilize data to create compelling narratives for clients, translating insights into actionable plans that surpass client goals.
Foster a culture of growth and learning within the team, guiding members to reach new heights in their professional development.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing agency setting, with direct client interaction and strategy development responsibilities.
Demonstrated leadership or management experience.
Proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and various data analysis tools. Experience with attribution tools like TripleWhale is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills, strategic thinking ability, and data-driven decision-making.
