About The Role
We are looking for a talented Lead for our Performance Marketing team to support our continued growth. This highly visible role requires a blend of creativity and analytical rigor to develop and execute strategies across multiple marketing channels. You will optimize existing programs and test new ones to support the profitable growth of our current and future products and services.
You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Growth, Product, and Finance teams to develop integrated go-to-market strategies and campaigns, advocating for our marketing function and team. As a skilled people manager, you will mentor and develop your team members.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Performance Marketing Investment: Own and optimize the media mix to drive profitable business results.
Prioritize and Manage Work: Coordinate efforts across internal teams, vendors, and agency partners to deliver on both short and long-term initiatives.
Develop and Execute Plans: Create and manage quarterly plans to achieve performance marketing's sales and activation goals.
Optimize Programs: Continuously improve program efficiency through a roadmap of test/learn experiments.
Collaborate on Strategies: Work with cross-functional leaders to develop and execute integrated go-to-market strategies and campaigns.
Long-Term Planning: Develop tools and infrastructure to ensure best-in-class performance marketing.
Measure Impact: Partner with Business Insights/Data Analytics to measure program impact and develop accurate attribution reporting.
Team Leadership: Provide ongoing leadership and mentorship for the marketing team.
Thought Leadership: Stay up-to-date with performance marketing trends and bring new ideas to the organization.
About You
Experience: 7 years in performance marketing with 5 years in team management.
Expertise: Skilled in data-driven, paid digital marketing channels.
Familiarity: Experience with SMB audiences and subscription business models preferred.
Communication: Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Detail-Oriented: High standard for excellence in deliverables.
Project Management: Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Data Proficiency: Comfortable telling stories with data.

Salary Range: $173,597 - $225,000 annually
