Being a Plumber complies with all required safety, building code and inspection requirements. Reads and interprets blueprints, specifications, and other instructions. Additionally, Plumber has completed required apprenticeship. Typically requires a high school diploma. Requires Journeyman Plumber status. Requires a State License for plumbing. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Plumber works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. The Role

We seek talented, innovative, and experienced Journeyman Plumbers to join our team at our Belgrade, MT location. Responsibilities- Install, repair, and maintain various plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances on commercial projects
- Work independently and efficiently to meet project deadlines.
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify plumbing issues and propose effective solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to develop project plans and execute them efficiently.
- Read blueprints and technical drawings to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
- Adherence to safety protocols and industry regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with general contractors and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and advancements.
- Valid Journeyman Plumber license (Montana)
- Versed in building codes
- Proven experience in commercial plumbing projects
- High standards of quality, craftsmanship, and professionalism
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work well with a team
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A safe driving record

- A willingness to mentor the next generation of plumbers
- Familiarity with the region and local general contractors is preferred but not required
- Must currently reside in the area or be willing to relocate (relocating assistance not provided)
- $2,500 Hiring Bonus, after 6 months of consecutive employment
