We are an Anchorage and Valley based commercial construction company seeking a skilled superintendent to join our successful team! Positions are year-round, full-time, and long term! Our team of clean, respectful, hardworking individuals sets us apart from other construction companies. We understand the value of our employees and will treat you WELL! We mean it!

Responsibilities:

• Lead onsite construction team and subcontractors.
• Schedule subcontractors.
• Meet production quotas.
• Communicate labor needs.
• Inspect all work at project to ensure it meets all quality standards.
• Schedule and attend AHJ inspections.
• Work alongside team members and conduct training when necessary.
