Plan Design Coordinator jobs in Florida
Plan Design Coordinator works closely with clients to design group health, dental and/or life insurance plans to create an overall benefit package. Works alongside underwriters, but is not an underwriter role. Being a Plan Design Coordinator ensures that plan meets appropriate internal, as well as legislative guidelines. Requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Additionally, Plan Design Coordinator typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Plan Design Coordinator works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed. The Interior Design Studio Coordinator will work closely across all departments in the interior design firm to actively help coordinate project deliverables. The position will keep track of project timelines as they pertain to on-site project work and product deliveries.

- Monitor project performance and take proactive action to ensure projects are meeting timelines objectives
- Develop and manage project schedule and milestones to ensure project is on time.
- Maintain client communications and contact, in particular for scope of work and obtain necessary client approvals,
- Conduct weekly team meetings with staff and update project status reports, weekly
- Coordinate studio meeting with outside vendors and partners
- Manage studio samples library
- Coordinate delivery/submission of vendor COI documents to buildings as necessary
- Coordinate product delivery to project site
- Develop CAD plans as needed for projects / Proficient in CAD
