Plan Design Coordinator jobs in Connecticut
Plan Design Coordinator works closely with clients to design group health, dental and/or life insurance plans to create an overall benefit package. Works alongside underwriters, but is not an underwriter role. Being a Plan Design Coordinator ensures that plan meets appropriate internal, as well as legislative guidelines. Requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Additionally, Plan Design Coordinator typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Plan Design Coordinator works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed. Our current growth has created an immediate need for a Sales Coordinator to support and help develop our in-home sales. This is a full-time position paid hourly.
Responsibilities:- Assist the Sales Manager in daily duties
- Work closely with Sales Designers to coordinate schedules and appointments
- Help to facilitate training in both one-on-one and group settings
- Results-driven toward goal achievement
- 1 Year minimum in a sales assistant or personal assistant capacity
- Commitment to follow our proven, successful sales model
- Positive attitude towards achievement
- Great communication, organization, and coordination skills
- Working knowledge of Windows Office, Excel, and Power Point
- Experience working with consumers
- Retail sales and management a plus
- Must have strong customer service skills and be able to multi-task
