Position Description:
Responsible for observing dealers and supervisors to ensure that all company policies and applicable gaming regulations are consistently followed. Manage personnel-related matters including but not limited to scheduling and coaching. Maintain positive customer relations and evaluate customer play to extend complimentary services in accordance with established Company and departmental standards.
Position Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years of age. Must be thoroughly knowledgeable of table games regulations and procedures. Must be able to effectively utilize the company computer software programs. Must have excellent customer service and communication skills. Job holder will be exposed to casino-related environmental factors. Job requires extended periods of standing and walking. Must be able to obtain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
