We are looking for a dedicated Director to lead the Lancaster County Academy (LCA), supervise student, staff and all program operations, and ensure students can grow and learn in a safe and nurturing environment. This individual will be a strong, compassionate leader who has experience setting and enforcing learning opportunities, academic curriculums, and student services that help our students realize their full potential.

Key Job Responsibilities:
The Director will work full time, Monday through Friday during the academic school year. Summer work is more flexible and will be scheduled in conjunction with the needs of the students and program (i.e. curriculum work, staff development).
