Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Fast Food Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in fast-paced food service environments and possess strong leadership skills to drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the fast-food establishment
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to deliver top-notch service
- Implement and maintain food safety standards and procedures
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
- Monitor and control operational costs to maximize profitability

Experience:

The ideal candidate should have experience in the following areas:

- Proficiency in using Aloha POS system
- Previous experience in hotel, catering, banquet, or fast-food environments
- Strong background in food handling and cash handling procedures
- Knowledge of restaurant management practices including inventory control
- Demonstrated ability in team management and conducting interviews

Pay: $55,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
