Summary

The Operations Supervisor position will hold the responsibility for the overall safe and efficient operation of all pipeline systems supporting the Midland Terminal and Gathering Systems. This position will adhere to all Partnership policies and procedures and operate within its budget set forth annually by the Partnership. This position is located in Midland Texas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise the day-to-day facility operations to meet required production rates and monitor operating data to minimize problems and downtime.
• Monitors administration of company policy and standard operating procedures.
• Evaluates employee performance and goal achievement.
• Responsible for review of and implementation of Midland Terminal and Gathering expense and capital budgets.
• Provide guidance to resolve operational problems as required.
• Works unified with shared service departments to maintain consistency with all areas of business and maximize the benefits of all departments.
• Supports capital projects through project commissioning activities.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state and local regulations, and company policy.
