Seeking a strong and experienced Recruiter to manage staffing needs for physician practices in and around Bluffton, Mount Pleasant and surrounding areas.
Highly prefer someone located in Charleston/Bluffton/Mount Pleasant SC or surrounding area.

Provides a high level of customer service in consulting with and guiding hiring managers on recruitment and staffing issues. Works with hiring managers to fill open positions with highly qualified candidates.
Responsibilities
Full Desk Recruitment supporting assigned facilities
Establishes relationships with hiring managers; executes recruitment strategies to include sourcing candidates through ATS, social media and building a pipeline through schools, employee referrals and community events.
Coordinates recruitment efforts for assigned facilities and service line vacancies to attract qualified candidates to fill openings within an appropriate timeframe.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
