Receptionist Seeking an independent, self-motivated, highly energetic candidate to add to our Podiatry office. Lots of opportunities to grow.

Job Duties Include:

• Making Appointments, answering phones, filing, taking patients back to rooms
• Entering data into EMR system- updating and adding new patients.
• calling insurance companies for precert/authorization.
• Checking benefits and booking surgery
• Enhances practice reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Skills and Qualifications: Computer skills, Professional phone etiquette, Proper Verbal Communication, Professionalism, Customer Focus. Must have a positive attitude and comfortable with multi-tasking.

Experience preferred, but will train.
