POSITION SUMMARY

This individual serves on the internal operations team as the support system for our outsides sales representatives and their customers. The Sales Operations Assistant will be responsible for a variety of daily tasks, such as assisting reps with specimen missing information, calling clinics to notify them of results needing priority attention, reaching out to patients to determine if they need assistance in specimen collection guidance, scheduling FedEx pickups, facilitating supply needs, and answering rep and customer calls. Additional duties include new hire training material build, marketing material orders, and marketing material pickups. This is a fun, high-paced, customer-centric position with an experienced and energetic team.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Daily

 Monitoring the Account Management Email: Report refaxing, FedEx pickup request, Billing concerns/request, triaging supply orders, Rep request

 Answering phones for customer and rep needs

 Prepping Specimen Splits

 End of day Rejections/s occasionally

 Patient inbound and outbound calls regarding specimen pickup scheduling and specimen collection guidance

Upon Request/periodically

 Call-ons

 Daily Sales Report (backfill)

 Specimen Send-outs

 Special Request: special report requests, STAT requests, correction request

 New Hire Training essentials: building binders/folders, DPI runs/pickups for items, etc.

 Marketing pickups

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Experience:

• Microsoft Powerpoint: 1 year (Preferred)
