6 months Primary/Family Care Experience

Trinity Integrated Medicine is hiring an Experienced Bi-Lingual Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to provide great quality care to our patients at our Phoenix, AZ private practice! The ideal candidate has at least 6 months experience working in Primary Care, is bi-lingual, and possesses strong communication skills, compassion, and professionalism. Trinity offers a fun and positive environment, excellent pay & benefits, and a superior team of support staff. This position is Monday-Friday, NO NIGHTS/NO WEEKENDS!

Responsibilities

• Provide medical care and prescribe medications in accordance with all laws.
• Speak with patients and their families, and other health care professionals.
• Interpret results of laboratory work, diagnostic tests or procedures, and physical examinations.
• Complete chart notes and charges in the EHR (Eclinical works)
• Work in collaboration with other physicians and specialists in caring for patients and families.
• Conduct physical exams, assess and diagnose acute and chronic illnesses and injuries.
• Inform physicians about any problems or discrepancies that might arise
• Acquire and review patient histories identifying abnormal condition
• Attend to emergencies as needed.
• Conduct routine injections and procedures and treatments as needed.
• Cultivate a climate of trust and demonstrate compassion for patients
• Comply strictly with medical care regulations, safety standards, and privacy laws.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and support staff to ensure the best possible patient care.

Skills

• Proven work experience as a physician assistant or Nurse Practitioner
• Knowledge of medical guidelines and procedures in Primary/Family Care
• Familiarity with advancements in medical technology and remain up to date on the latest relevant findings
• Ability to problem-solve and multi-task with a positive attitude
• Demonstrate you're a Team player and excellent communication skills
• BSc/MA in Physician Assistant Studies, Health Science or Medical Science or BSN/NP Studies.
• Bilingual - Spanish

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $105,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
