Physical Therapy Supervisor jobs in Pennsylvania

We are a privately owned Physical Therapy & Performance clinic looking to hire an office / front desk manager. Skills we are searching for are excellent organizational and administrative skills, critical and creative thinking, and a warm and compassionate personality with the desire to be a part of a team and patient care that brings true positive change, to the patients and community we serve.

To ensure success we expect the hired to be confident and professional administrators with fantastic communication and interpersonal skills that will contribute to the efficient day-to-day administration of our clinic.

Top candidates will work comfortably under pressure while multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment and can effectively react to urgent matters.

Office and Front Desk Management Responsibilities :

• Professionally assist doctors, staff, visitors, and patients.
• Manage front desk and office day to day tasks
• Verify patient insurances, obtain insurance authorizations, understand and explain insurance benefits to patients
• Understand and operate all business tasks in and through our current EMR system
• Perform all duties within HIPAA regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality of all doctor, staff, and patient information.
• Schedule appointments between doctors and patients.
• Maintain business inventory such as checking supplies, scheduling equipment, and maintenance repairs.
• Ensure that stock levels are adequate and orders are made.

Medical Receptionist Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2 years of experience at a healthcare facility in a medical receptionist role (advantageous).
• Working knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA regulations, ICD, and CPT coding (highly advantageous).
• Innovative thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and planning skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and react effectively to emergency situations.
• Ability to use discretion while working with sensitive information.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and IT skills.
• Passionate about healthcare excellence.
