Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Physical Therapist at CSC Physical Therapy. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for creating personalized treatment plans, conducting rehabilitation exercises, performing patient assessments, and providing home care instructions and working with other team members to ensure progression and maximize patient care.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapy, and Rehabilitation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
• Current Physical Therapy license in Utah
• Certification in specialized areas of physical therapy (e.g. orthopedics, sports therapy, pelvic floor, dry needling) is a plus
• Secondary language skills a plus
