The pay range will be $16.50 - $20.00, depending on experience and the hours are 8 : 30 AM 5 : 00 PM.

What you’ll do :
Operation and basic maintenance of various lens edging machines and lens blocking devices prior to actual lens edging and final insertion.
Understanding of different lens designs and corresponding lens powers / prescriptions
Calibration of edgers for accurate lens to frame / bevel sizing
Ensure that lenses are correct size, shape and fit into frame
Ensure that any special beveling needs are met for each individual Rx
Ensure lenses were properly decentered and blocked prior to edging
Properly align frame by bending with fingers and / or tools
Verify the axis on all multi-focal lenses
Qualifications :
High School Diploma or GED.
One year of Lab experience helpful
Must regularly lift and / or move up to 10 pounds.
