Pharmacy Service Clerk jobs in Montana

The Pharmacy Clerk is responsible for attaining the highest level of customer relations and confidentiality. The Pharmacy Clerk consults with the manager to improve/maintain customer service by performing all duties necessary and allowable by policy or law.

To succeed as a Pharmacy Clerk, you should have a strong work ethic and high level of accuracy. You should be responsible, attentive to customer needs, and committed to providing excellent service. Effective communication with customers and other pharmacy staff is essential in performing Pharmacy Clerk duties.

Qualifications and Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic math and computer skills to include add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Knowledge of cash register, Internet, and word processing systems.
• Must not be on the Government Exclusion List as determined by the Office of Inspector General (OIG) and System for Award Management (SAM).
• Ability to work in fast paced environment, stand, walk, bend, and use hand-eye coordination.
