Job Description:

The Engineering Manager will lead the engineering function toward the "Best in Class" engineered, end-to-end solutions for new and existing customers by developing processes and procedures to manage the engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to create content, processes, and help scale a new ERP System within an amazing organization while identifying gaps, mentoring and developing Engineers, and translating engineering terms into business needs and requirements. This is a new position with endless opportunity for the right person.

Responsibilities include:

· Manage resources for projects for new and existing customers.

· Assist with reimplementation of new ERP System.

· Identify know how gaps and address them creating new processes and solutions by leveraging talent, technology and external resources.

· Understand key performance indicators by site.

· Create growth and development of in-house engineering talent while fostering a curious mindset towards priorities and value creation.

· Align with on-site directors and managers to develop key metrics for use in management of engineering team.

· Transform big business challenges into executable elements.

· Deep Engineering acumen and project management experience

· Analytical and Data focused.

· Execution driven.

· Demonstrated leadership skills.

Qualifications

· Engineering Degree

· 10 years’ experience in Engineering

· Strong Communication skills

· AutoCAD and other engineering design tools

· Lean expert

· Value stream mapping

· Collaborative

· Problem solving capabilities.

· Presentation skills

· Manages employees performing engineering and technical activities in the area of Production Engineering, Fluid Power, Electrical Components and Motors.

· Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures, and sets operational goals.

· Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management, and leads process improvements.

· Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.

· Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes.

· Manages, develops, and motivates employees.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $87,737.90 - $105,662.85 per year
