We are seeking a professional General Office Clerk to provide essential support to our pension group.
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to, providing clerical support to Legal Secretaries and Paralegals with various administrative tasks and projects such as copying, scanning, and compiling legal documents, preparing important mass mailings, filing correspondences, documents, and forms, updating lists, assisting with closing files, and other clerical duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, is client service oriented, and a self-starter with the ability to seamlessly switch from one task to another. They are also organized with a strong attention to detail and able to handle multiple projects with deadlines in a timely manner. Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office/Word, Excel, and Outlook and able to work with general office equipment and phone systems.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
No experience required. We are willing to train.
Pension processing, office, or bank teller experience a plus.
