The Benefits/Pension Administration Sr. Professional is responsible for supporting the administration of the firm’s Cash Balance Pension Plan. Responsibilities include processing any stop and reissue of pension payments, projection estimates, prepare monthly mailings, initiate distribution requests and execute pension cases while meeting service levels and maintaining regulatory and plan compliance. The ideal candidate will possess a background in benefits administration or similar operations experience, and demonstrated strength in performing data and case analysis, while effectively interacting with plan participants.
