We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Specialist who will lead the payroll process for Ideagen Limited for multiple country payrolls. Should work with payroll service providers and stakeholders across the business, particularly within the Finance and People teams, to deliver payrolls in a timely and accurate basis. Responsible to look for ways to continuously improve payroll at Ideagen and take ownership for improvements to the payroll process.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly calculation and processing of Ideagen Payrolls across multiple countries using Core HR, our people management system.
• Manage payroll operational calendars for monthly.
• Vendor management of the payroll service providers.
• Data entry and administration of all payrolls related activities to ensure an efficient, confidential and accurate payroll process.
• Be the first point of contact for payroll and admin queries.
• To provide advice and guidance to managers and the wider People team to ensure the processing of payments, allowances and benefits are in line with the relevant legislation.
• Ensure all payments and reporting to third parties are completed accurately and on time.
• Ensure all regulatory reporting is submitted on a timely basis
• Approve bank files for payments to employees.
• Process of monthly payroll changes.

Skills and Experience

Essential:

• Proven Payroll Specialist experience either in-house or working with a third party managed service provider.
• Must have minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Payroll process for multiple countries.
• Detailed payroll knowledge sufficient to deal with complex employee pay queries.
• Experience of working with confidential information and have the ability to communicate with all levels within the organization
• Excellent attention to detail, be highly numerate and ability to manage a fast-growing payroll.
