    Resident Manager AOAO is looking for a Security Guard to join our team in Honolulu, HI.

    Position Overview:

    The Security Guard will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong physical strength, stamina, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This position requires a security guard who is able to perform the essential functions of this job.

    Essential Functions:

    • Protects property and personnel by maintaining a safe and secure environment by observing and controlling access at all times
    • Reports all incidents to management in a timely manner. Provides assistance to personnel in need, assists in loading and unloading vehicles, assists in general maintenance of property and equipment, assists in loading/unloading trucks, assists in loading supplies/materials on/off site as needed, checks on deliveries as well as monitoring surveillance of site, assists in general upkeep of property and equipment.

    Other Requirements:

    • Must have a guard card to apply and previous security experience is a plus.
