• Clean H2O Pros, a leading water filtration company, is seeking a Part-Time Appointment Scheduler to join our team. As an Appointment Scheduler, you will be responsible for managing and scheduling appointments for our team of Sales reps. This position is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and emails to schedule appointments
- Coordinating schedules for technicians and customers
- Calling and scheduling appointments for website leads
- Maintaining accurate records of appointments and customer information
- Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Assisting with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using scheduling software or tools
- Previous experience in customer service or scheduling is a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
