Pastry Chef jobs in Minnesota

Founded in 1999 in Osaka Japan, Beard Papa's, the bakery of the world's best cream puff, is coming to Minnesota! The company has expanded to over 400 stores in 15 countries and territories. We are committed to bringing customers a pastry that is super Oishii! (delicious!). Our first store in Minnesota is located on the 3rd floor at the Mall of America. We are looking for a pastry chef to expand our product offering.

Responsibilities:
- Develop new line of products and lead the operation.
- Decorate baked products using glaze, icing and other toppings to achieve a finished appearance.
- Design and prepare for special event catering.
- Follow all policies, procedures, health codes & safety regulations

Qualifications:
- Highly motivated with entrepreneurship spirit
- Culinary & pastry training
- Strong interest in developing new Asian infused new products.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to create visually appealing displays of baked goods.
- Familiar with Rational iCombi Pro

Job Type: Part-time

Expected hours: 18 – 22 per week
