The successful candidate will provide oversight for a segment of warehouse operations. The position is responsible for processing orders with a high level of accuracy, speed, and efficiency. Responsibilities

· Ensure high level of team accuracy, speed, and efficiency

· Provide coaching, training, and ongoing support for team

· Foster a positive and productive company culture

· Improve and develop procedures, processes, and standards

· Quickly & efficiently resolve issues

· Interface frequently with logistics partners

· High level of responsiveness to teammates

· Collaborate frequently with other departments to ensure customer & company needs are met

· Collaborate with other departments in process improvement and ongoing projects

· Support Inventory Control team with timely communication & resources as needed

· Additional duties as assigned

Requirements

· Successful leadership experience in logistics or related field

· High level of organization

· Proficiency & comfort with Excel, email, ERP Systems

· Strong math abilities

· Professionalism, integrity, and positive attitude

· Successful and positive experience with coworkers and direct reports

· Exceptional listening, verbal, and email communication skills

· Experience in distribution a plus

· Flexible schedule (e.g. some Saturdays/extended hours during peak season)

· Hilo experience and license

· Reports to the Warehouse Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 - $20.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
