Package Design Manager leads the planning, design, and creation of packaging artwork for an organization. Utilizes graphic arts design techniques and tools to create compelling package designs that reflect the organization's branding and marketing objectives. Being a Package Design Manager incorporates industry practices and any regulatory requirements into package designs. Ensures that design and branding standards are utilized consistently for all packaging. Position Summary:
The Floral Manager is responsible for producing high-end floral designs for special events. The ideal candidate will be motivated, flexible and creative. They will thrive in a fast-paced environment with exceptional attention to detail. Most of all, the ideal candidate will have a passion for helping people connect through the art of floral design. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to learn other aspects of event design.

Physical /Mental Demands:
Physical: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, walk, bend, and kneel for an extended amount of time as this is a highly hands-on position. The employee will use their hands to handle, control, or feel objects or tools.
Mental: Regular and on-time attendance. Ability to see details of objects that are less than a few feet away. Ability to see differences between colors, shades, and brightness. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in a professional manner.
Working Conditions:
The employee will primarily work in the floral design warehouse which may or may not be climate controlled depending on the load in/out for an event. When not in the floral design warehouse, the employee will often work on-site with others and around others, with verbal and face-to-face contact. A flexible approach to working hours must be maintained to ensure maximum service to clientele, including overtime, weekends, early morning, and late evenings.
