Outbound Contact Center Supervisor supervises employees who place telephone calls or other interactions to potential customers. Monitors and evaluates interactions and workflow to ensure that performance standards and the volume target are met. Being an Outbound Contact Center Supervisor is responsible for the daily activity of contact center policies and procedures including meeting contact center operational standards, maintaining employee service levels, improving quality service, preparing reports, keeping equipment operating, maintaining professional and technical knowledge, and accomplishing organizational goals. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Outbound Contact Center Supervisor typically reports to manager or head of a unit/department. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members.     Complete Call Solutions is looking for motivated, high-energy people to provide outstanding customer experiences for our clients. This position will be making outbound calls for a variety of products and services. We have everything from lead generation to general information requests. You will have a dialer that will push calls to you as they connect. The responsibility is to follow the scripts and document the outcomes accurately. There is room for advancement to run a team of outbound agents, while working with the client to achieve goals and objectives.

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Process outbound calls as delivered by the dialer
    • Provide information as scripted
    • Document the outcome and capture any data necessary to process the call
    • Coordinate with suppliers, customers and coworkers
    • Continuous management to ensure all calls are completed throughout the day
    • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening
    • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with company policies
    • Ensure customer inquiries and issues are fully answered and resolved
    • Record customer information within our customer service database
    • Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
    • Maintain a high level of confidentiality due to the sensitive nature of information

    Required Education/Skills/Abilities:

    • Positive attitude
    • High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
    • Customer Service Representative (CSR) experience a plus
    • Excellent verbal and written skills
    • Outbound experience a plus, but not required
    • Professional demeanor with a good understanding of delivering excellent customer service
    • Familiar with operating a computer
    • Fun upbeat personality
    • Comfortable providing written communication and documentation to describe actions taken
