Outbound Contact Center Manager manages outbound call center operations and agents that sell products or services to new and existing customers. Develops standards and monitors metrics and targets for call volume, sales, and timeliness. Being an Outbound Contact Center Manager implements sales and product training to ensure staff is updated on product and service offerings and upsell techniques. Sets and communicates operational policies and procedures. Additionally, Outbound Contact Center Manager may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Outbound Contact Center Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an Outbound Contact Center Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     We are seeking an experience PM for a contract assignment with potential to role into a full time role. Candidate will be managing a contact center project, which involves determining project deliverables and timelines, enhancing the project plan and managing to the plan, coordinating and leading meetings, preparing meeting minutes and status reports to leaders Will be working with team members to resolve issues and adhearance to deadlines. Will be coordinating activities of a project team which may include individuals from multiple teams, departments and locations. Will manage and deliver assigned projects to agreed timescales, budgets and quality standards. Will help optimize Call Center as a Service initiative - everything from consolidation - project ownership - utilization rates - assessments - work stream - provide stand up's - provide board level review - customer interaction - provide work stream and decommission of related systems. Really looking for a champion to drive initiatives from start to finish and prioritize work levels.



    Will be supporting Project Management methodologies.



    5-7 years of related work experience



    University or Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience



    Experience using MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint - Sharepoint)



    Experience with MS Project 2010 and Project Portfolio Tools and bring best practices to the table.



    Experience with CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) and/or Acqueon Five9 - would be very desirable. Introducing new, vendor-provided technologies that are replacing legacy systems and creating requirements and opportunities to change existing processes and tools.
