Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a WIC Clerk. As a Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent computer skills, strong customer service abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Duties:
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Assist with project coordination and management tasks as assigned
- Maintain office supplies and inventory levels
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information or assistance
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Experience:
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with medical office procedures is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Professional phone etiquette and knowledge of phone systems
