This experienced individual will be responsible for leading and supporting the assessment of Goodwill Keystone's organizational development needs including the design,
evaluation and implementation of training programs for corporate, stores and warehouse employees. This leader will facilitate professional development and continuous learning of team members, including executives and emerging leaders. In addition, they will help to lead our DEIB and cultural event efforts.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manages organizational development (OD) strategies and processes.
* Assesses training and development needs for a variety of functions & levels throughout the organization.
* Leads the design, development and implementation of training programs, succession planning activities and strategies tailored to meet business needs and objectives.
* Evaluates systems and programs that can enhance learning.
* Evaluates strategies and programs to measure the achievement of established goals.
* Provides expert facilitation and coaching to supervisors and managers.
* Manages the individual development planning process for leaders.
* Provides consultative services to the business units regarding mentoring.
* Plans and leads short- and long-term planning for OD programs.
* Prepares budgetary recommendations that meet department goals and provide for effective management of resources. Assists with the preparation of the budget and operates within the parameters of the approved budget.
* Oversees the development of ongoing training programs and monitors compliance of training activities for regulatory and CARF standards.
* Performs all duties in a safe manner and adheres to all safety policies and procedures.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS & SKILLS
* Bachelors degree in Organizational Development and/or related field. Training credentials and/or HR certification strongly preferred.
* Six or more years of experience working in Organization Development in multi-function organization with at least two years of supervisory experience.
* Instructional design experience; ability to craft templates to enhance learning
* Superior verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and training portals.
* Excellent presentation and facilitator skills.
* Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
* Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
* Ability to design and implement effective training and development.

* Ability to travel within and outside of region and have a reliable vehicle.
