Kelly Services has immediate openings for Order Picker Operators/Logistics Associates to join our team at Cummins Power Generation in Fridley, MN. We are looking for at least 1 year of previous experience.

Positions range from $20 – $21.60 per hour with a $500 sign-on bonus, apply for more details!

Shift & Pay Information:

• 1st shift: $20.00/hour

• Mon – Fri, 7am – 3pm (Start time of 5am on overtime days)

• 2nd shift: $21.60/hour

• Mon – Fri, 3pm – 11am (End time of 1am on overtime days)

• 3rd shift: $21.60/hour

• Sunday night – Friday morning, 11pm-7am

• 1st & 2nd shifts will be required to work Saturdays as needed based on business needs (typically 3 – 4 per month)

• 3rd shift will be required to work Fridays as needed based on business needs

Minimum Qualifications:

• Requires at least 1 year of Forklift and Order Picker operating experience (do not need to be certified)

• At least 18 years of age

• Comfortable lifting up to 50lbs, bending, squatting, kneeling, walking, and standing in a warehouse environment

• Ability to work from heights – will be operating equipment needing to be raised to pick and pull from multi-level racking that can be up to a height of 30 feet

What’s a typical day as an Order Picker Operator/Logistics Associate? You’ll be:

• Driving a Forklift and other Powered Industrial Vehicles (PIV) such as an Order/Cherry Picker, Reach Forklift, Sit-down/Stand-up Forklift, Mule Cart, Turret Forklift

• Receiving, stocking, storing, handling and labeling goods and materials in a warehouse environment

• Picking, filling, and preparing orders in an accurate, thorough, and efficient manner

• Inspecting merchandise, checking for shortages, and damaged goods
