We are a small but busy Optometry office with a professional medical environment. We are open Monday - Friday 8-5, closed weekends and holidays.

Candidates need to be very computer competent as most office duties are completed using electronic medical records. Must have excellent customer service skills and enjoy working with the public of all ages while staying calm under pressure. Additionally, duties include assisting the doctor, preliminary patient testing, teaching patients how to insert and remove contact lenses, helping patients select eyewear, ordering and dispensing contact lenses and eye glasses, scheduling appointments, and checking insurance benefits. Must be able to work well with your hands and operate optical equipment and tools. As a small office, we need a team player who can multi-task and is motivated, organized, and honest. Previous optical or sales experience is a plus, but we will train the right person! This is not intended to be a temporary position because of the training that is involved.

Competitive salary based on experience.
