- Process orders for eyewear utilizing the EMR software system
- Maintain accurate records of customer prescriptions, orders, and payments
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in eyewear fashion and technology
Experience:
- Previous experience as an Optician preferred but not required
- Knowledge of products, including frames and lenses
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to optometry
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and managing medical records
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality
