- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Collect and distribute the company's mail in a timely manner
- Assist the Financial Operations Director with data analytics
- Generate regular reports on key performance metrics and analytics insights
- Assist in organizing company events and activities to promote team building and employee engagement
- Other duties as assigned
- Proven experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities
- $18-$20
