Operations Director directs and manages the day-to-day activities of an organization's operations, typically through subordinate operations managers. Implements company policies, procedures and initiatives. Being a Operations Director evaluates and enhances current operational systems. Monitors performance against operational goals and develops reporting and auditing processes used to analyze operational effectiveness. Additionally, Operations Director coordinates operations with other functions. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Operations Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Operations Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. - Create motion graphics and visual effects using After Effects to enhance video content.
- Operate and maintain camera, lighting, and microphone equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with News and Sales departments to deliver content that meets their needs and expectations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve the quality and effectiveness of our creative output.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative work.
- Proficiency in writing scripts and storyboards for video projects.
- Extensive experience shooting and editing video using Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Advanced skills in creating motion graphics and visual effects with After Effects.
- Knowledge of camera operation and maintenance, including experience with DSLR and cinema cameras.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
