🏥 Operating Room Registered Nurse - Englewood, CO

• 💵 Salary: $69,888 - $104,832 Sign-On and Relocation (Case by Case)
• 🕐 Shift: Full-Time, Days, Rotating Weekends

Role and Responsibilities:

• 🚑 Provide exceptional care in various surgical procedures including Neuro, General, CV, Plastics, Complex Neuro, Head/Neck, Burn, and Trauma.
• 🛠️ Prepare operating rooms for surgery, manage equipment, and assist with post-procedure duties.
• 📋 Supervise, teach, and mentor staff, enhancing professional development and team cohesion.
• 🤝 Work within a multidisciplinary team to provide patient-centered care, ensuring safety and efficacy.

Qualifications:

• 🎓 Must hold a current Registered Nurse license in Colorado or have a multi-state license.
• 💉 BLS certification required, ACLS and PALS within 6 months of hire.
• 🏥 Minimum of one year experience in an OR setting; CNOR preferred.
• 🌟 Strong preference for candidates with Level I trauma experience and interest in professional growth through leadership training.
