Online Merchandising Manager jobs in Colorado

Sigmatech is seeking an Acquisition/Engineering Online Course Manager to develop, implement, validate, and maintain instructional and courseware development training and course material at the 319th Combat Training Squadron (CTS), Peterson SFB CO, for the Acq/Eng online course and other courses as assigned.

Design and develop training with the following attributes:

• Provide online instruction consistent with Instructional System Design (ISD) satisfying government training requirements
• Coordinate development and design of media used for online lessons created by the Subject Matter Expert (SME)
• Interface with internal and external agencies as required maintaining up-to-date training program
• Research existing course content and propose new or updated course materials, which apply best practices and principles of adult learning
• Design and develop online lessons, exercises, case studies, briefings, testing, feedback, evaluations, and other learning activities in support of online courses
• Coordinate ISD activities with the division chief, training managers, and government training personnel
• Additional duties as assigned

Required Experience:

Required Skills
Experience Required:

• Possess working knowledge and experience with designing new online lessons, re-designing existing lessons, and updating courses following the USAF ISD model
• Possess working knowledge of acquisition and engineering processes within the USSF Space Systems Command or previous USAF Space and Missile Systems Center
• DAU Acquisitions PM Level II or III highly desired
• DAU Systems Planning, Research, Development and Engineering Level II or III highly desired
• Completion of Air Force Instructor Course or equivalent preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
• Top Secret Clearance of ability to obtain a clearance

Required Experience
Education Required:

• Master's degree from an accredited institution in STEM or Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with 6 years of experience may be substituted for education requirements

Years of Experience:

• 4 years of experience with USSF/USAF acquisition and engineering programs

In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $100,000 to $200,000; however, Sigmatech considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, experience, education/training, key skills, location and often contractual requirements.
