Off-the-Road Tire Technician jobs in California

Dissent Off-road is seeking an Install Technician to join our team with the installation of high-end aftermarket off-road components and accessories. As the Install Technician, you will be responsible for executing precise and high-quality installations, ensuring that our customers’ vehicles meet their unique off-road requirements and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installations of off-road aftermarket components including but not limited to bumpers, swing-outs, roof racks, skid plates, sliders, lights, dual batteries, and on-board air compressors.
• Use basic CAD skills to design custom solutions for unique installation challenges.
• Utilize welding skills for custom fabrications when necessary.
• Independently manage and complete installations within the established timeframes.
• Troubleshoot and problem-solve any issues that may arise during installations.
• Maintain a high level of quality and craftsmanship in all work.
• Maintain a clean and organized workplace.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working on off-road aftermarket builds.
• Proficiency in installing and configuring off-road components and accessories.
• Basic CAD skills for custom fabrications.
• Basic welding skills for custom fabrications.
• Knowledge with 12v wiring.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Excellent time management skills to adhere to project schedules.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to operate diverse vehicles, including manual transmission.
• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and products in the off-road industry.

Salary Range:

• $35.00-$45.00 per hour depending on experience.
