Develops programs, guidelines, and standards for occupational service delivery that support the organization's overall strategy. Additionally, Occupational Medicine Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. The Occupational Medicine Director manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. An established occupational medicine practice is seeking a board-certified Occupational Medicine or Preventative Medicine physician to join its team. The practice has served its Des Moines community since 1999 and welcomes you in with a competitive salary, 4.5-day work weeks, and many additional benefits.
