Nutrition Director directs and oversees all aspects of an organization's nutrition guidelines and initiatives. Develops policies and procedures to ensure all menus comply with general dietetic standards. Being a Nutrition Director administers and advises food service operations to ensure menus comply with prescribed nutritional plans. Monitors and ensures proper nutrition education is provided. Additionally, Nutrition Director requires a bachelor's degree. May Require Registered Dietitian (RD). Typically reports to senior management. The Nutrition Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Nutrition Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. Position Overview:
The Director of Customer Development will own three critical priorities for Bloom.
The Role reports to the VP of Sales and is a key driver of internal support for the external sales team. This is a strategic and tactical position that plays an integral role in Bloom’s Go To Market strategy. The successful candidate is analytical, action-oriented, and able to work well cross-functionally with sales, marketing & finance.
Working collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams, this position also develops the annual sales plans and promotional guidelines, and evaluates both the effectiveness of the spend. This person also leverages category and consumer insights to develop compelling fact-based selling stories.
