Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be a Nursing Home Director (Hosp. Op.) typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing to oversee our nursing department. The ideal candidate will lead and manage all aspects of nursing operations to ensure the highest level of care for our patients.Responsibilities:

- Monitor patient outcomes and quality improvement initiativesExperience:
- Strong background in nursing administration
- Knowledge of Medicare regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or hospice care settings
- Proficiency in medical terminology and anatomy
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations
