Nursing Home Administrator jobs in Idaho
Nursing Home Administrator oversees all activities of a nursing home in accordance with established policies and federal and state guidelines. Develops strategic plans for profitability and is accountable for all operations and programs. Being a Nursing Home Administrator administers, directs and coordinates the business. Recommends and leads changes to improve the nursing home. Additionally, Nursing Home Administrator may require an advanced degree. Typically reports to top management. May require a state administrator license. The Nursing Home Administrator manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be a Nursing Home Administrator typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. What You Will Do- Supervises employees as assigned, including managing their attendance and disciplinary action
- Accounts Receivable functions
- Participates in center's QAPI processes, including implementation and management of respective PIP(s)
- Strives to maximize revenue opportunities; including ancillary revenue
- Labor and Workforce Planning: follows PPD budgeting and management and ensures all staffing ratios meet Federal regulatory requirements
- Manage supervision of Resident Trust accounts
- Risk Management and Safety program management
- Complies with all federal regulations as they pertain to HIPAA, Resident Rights, etc.
- Must have valid ID NHA license
- Prior experience working as an Administrator preferred
- Ability to speak, read, write and understand English

Compensation for roles at Silver Ridge Care varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by state and local law, Silver Ridge Care provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Silver Ridge Care expects to pay for roles they may be hired in Washington, as stated below:
Pay Range: $130,000 per year Depending on Experience
