Nursing Education Coordinator - Home Care jobs in Mississippi

Demonstrates leadership and managerial ability balance by strong clinical knowledge and skills.

Has the ability to organize, plan and supervise in coordination with other resident services.

Maintains effective interpersonal relationships and works well with the general public.

Is capable of implementing changes as determined by the Director of Nursing.

Is of good emotional. mental and physical health having sound judgement and high professional standards.

Is courteous in working with residents, families and employees.

Maintains a neat, well-groomed and professional appearance at all times.

Must be wiling to participate in the on call rotation.

Participates in the Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement Program.

Assist with investigations and follow up of incidents, accidents and grievances.

Maintains and oversees Infection Control Program, ensures treatments are completed timely and accurately, documented timely and accurately.

Ensures staff training is implemented timely and accurately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour
