I am looking for fantastic nurses on days & nights for an exceptional, luxury care home South of Edinburgh. This small provider with a handful of homes across the UK have a great reputation & a long standing management & nursing team so these opportunities are rare!
My client can offer 36 hours/week on days or 48 hours per week on nights.
The Role- full time hours
- Night shift covering 48 hours/pw & day shift covering 36 hours/pw
- Responsible for the assessment of nursing/care/support needs of service users
- Responsible for running the night shift
- Administer medication
- Liaise with GPs/Doctors and relatives
- Maintain all nursing records and keeping the residents Care Plans up to date.
- The successful candidate must be nurse qualified with a current UK PIN
- You will have good knowledge and experience within Dementia
- Previous experience within a nursing home is desired, not essential
- Personable and dynamic personality
