Our Mission: PPL Therapeutic Services is dedicated to providing on-site and in-person exceptional behavioral health services to residents in nursing homes & assisted living facilities.

PPL Therapeutic Services is looking for compassionate mental health professionals. Offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus after six months if the criteria of 32 billable hours per week is met.

We are looking for Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners with the following attributes:

• Able to work independently to meet the needs of the facility and the residents.
• Able to work Monday thru Friday during regular business hours (1st Shift)
• Compassionate with a desire to serve the geriatric population in a nursing home or assisted living facility
• Able to utilize an Electronic Medical Record to schedule patients and document notes
• Must be licensed by the state of Kentucky's licensing board to practice as a PMHNP
• CPR certification and other certifications as necessary
• Able to provide own transportation to designated facilities to conduct in-person therapy sessions
• Clinical and Psychiatric experience preferred
• Mental health and/or geriatric experience preferred
• New grads considered
• Able to meet the following job responsibilities:

a. Perform psychiatric assessment/diagnostics, crisis stabilization, treatment planning, medication management and evidence-based interventions

b. Develop individualized medication / treatment goals and recommendations based on patient’s social, emotional, and psychological needs

c. Maintain weekly, or as needed, clinical contact with patients

d. Completion of documentation/progress notes, that are problem oriented, treatment as well as meds management care, after clinical contact within 24 hours in the EMR and notes delivered to the assigned representative at the facility

e. Maintain working relationship and open communication with nursing home staff and direct care team

• We complete all Authorizations & Billing
• Biweekly pay schedule by direct deposit
• Unlimited earning potential is based upon procedures performed and reimbursement rates which is approximately 70% of the CMS reimbursement rate received by PPL Therapeutic Services
• Salary starting at $145,000 for full time work
